Squads are an important part of the culture at Thinkmill

At Thinkmill, there is a concept of Squads, a group of 5 people with one designated as squad leader.
Squad leaders are not meant to be project managers or delivery managers — they are there to empower their squadlings to reach their goals, be there for you when you have a hard time and make sure whatever is going down is filtered up through appropriate channels.
This drawing was done for squad Bunji — an indigious term meaning “a mate, a close friend, a kinsman”.
A camping scene with each squad member spending time together immediately came to mind when I thought of this term.
The drawing shares elements from the Thinkmill In Space drawing which was a subsequent project.
